Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are: unworn and unused, returned in their original undamaged packaging, in a resaleable condition. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items that show signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage after delivery are not eligible for return.

Which items are not eligible for return?

The following items are non-returnable: Worn or altered jewelry, Custom made-to-order or personalized items, Sale or discounted items, Gift cards.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at clientcare@molbire.com. When contacting us, please include: your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

When will I receive my refund?

Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Do you cover the cost of return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
