At Molbiré, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with your purchase. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are returned unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, and are suitable for resale.

Return Conditions

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Items that show signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage after delivery are not eligible for return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at clientcare@molbire.com.

When contacting us, please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging.

Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn or altered jewelry
  • Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
